Biography
Laurence Piché completed her Ph.D. in chemistry in the group of Pr. Jerome Claverie (UQAM, 2011). Her thesis title was “Synthesis and characterization of new palladium and ruthenium based catalysts for the polymerization of ethylene and its copolymerization with polar momomers”. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Tokyo University in the group of Pr. Kyoko Nozaki. She teaches chemistry at the Royal Military College of Saint-Jean since 2013.
