Biography
Maxime Rondeau has been teaching in the NCM professional military education programmes since January of 2005 and taught various political science courses before his hiring at RMC Saint-Jean. Over the years, he has taken part in many working groups within the Canadian Armed Forces aimed at evolving professional military education for NCMs. Maxime is currently pursuing his doctorate in political science at l’Université Laval. His dissertation pertains to civil-military relations and the professionalization of NCO corps.
