David Bélanger

David Bélanger joined the Chief Warrant Officer Robert-Osside Profession of Arms Institute (Osside Institute) in 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Bishop’s University, a master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Montreal and he has also completed a graduate-level microprogram in initial training in college teaching from the University of Sherbrooke.

David Bélanger has been teaching in various higher education institutions at the CEGEP and university levels since 2020. His background includes experience as a student-athlete at all levels within provincial and national sport structures. A national, provincial and regional champion, he integrates his sporting experiences into his teaching practice. Furthermore, he integrates his knowledge of UN-specific diplomatic language and practices acquired through his experiences as a learner and teacher of the National Model United Nations course into his teaching practice.
