Biography
Benoit Boutet obtained his B.A. and Master’s degree in history from Laval University in Quebec City. He worked on the development of the northern frontier of the Roman Empire from the 1st to the 3rd century AD. He also contributed to the university’s Roman History Research Group activities and projects for a few years. In addition to history in general, other fields of interest include military affairs, Canadian Armed Forces customs and traditions as well as current affairs. Prior to his arrival as a teacher for the Osside Institute, he worked in the private sector for a communications/public relations company.
