Biography
Ms. Leclerc earned an M.A in medieval history (1995), a Certificate in education and a Certificate in Russian studies from Université Laval in Québec City (1999), and a Diploma in Instructional Technology from Concordia University in Montreal (2014). After working in tourism and in three independent bookstores in Quebec City, she became a distance-learning (DL) teacher for the senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) at Royal Military College of Saint-Jean in 2003.
She has assisted students as they learned about military ethics, leadership, Canadian military history and other related subjects. Her other tasks are curriculum development for the courses offered to NCOs. She has also taught Canadian military history to recruits at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in 2007-2008.
Her professional interests are: instructional technology, history and international relations, and cybersecurity.
