Biography
André Séguin has a specialized bachelor’s degree in history (2002) and has yet achieved a master’s degree in history of sciences (2006). His research was mainly focused on the effect of discrimination upon the concentration of Jewish scientists in certain areas of the German scientific community of the Second Reich (1871-1918). He also has a keen interest in history of ideas, whether political, social, economical or scientific, and of international relations.
