Manisha Patel

Manisha Patel holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in history from the University of Québec in Montréal. Particularly interested in the study of the history of ancient civilisations, her master’s thesis was dedicated to the study of ancient Greek religion. She also had the opportunity to travel to Greece and Italy to further her knowledge on Classical Antiquity during her studies.

Desiring to teach at the post-secondary level, Manisha Patel has completed a post-graduate program in pedagogy at UQAM in 2006. During this time, she took a training course at Montmorency College in Laval to gain teaching experience. She has also worked as a research assistant, a workshop animator and as a teacher’s aid for different history professors at UQAM.

Teaching at the Osside Institute since August 2006, Ms Patel has taught on DL and residential portions of the ILP, ALP and SAP. She has also taught history courses at CFLRS.
