Secretary General’s Office
The Secretary General’s Office is located on the 1st floor of the Lahaie Pavilion. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Our mission
The Secretary General’s Office ensures administrative rigor and regulatory compliance in all academic activities, from admission to graduation. It safeguards the integrity of student records, coordinates institutional operations—both internally and with external bodies—,ensures the quality of services offered to the entire academic community, and supports the effective functioning of governance bodies.
Staff Members
Secretary General
The Secretary General is responsible for the strategic, administrative, and regulatory management of the Secretary General’s Office, ensuring institutional governance, legal compliance, academic affairs support, outreach, admissions, and internal coordination, while advising higher leadership and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Secretary General provides the administrative, organizational, and logistical support necessary for the effective operation of the Secretary General’s Office and governance bodies (the Senate, the Faculty Council, and the General Assembly). The EA contributes to the preparation and follow-up of files, meetings, and official documents, while supporting the implementation of institutional regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as the management of academic misconduct cases.
Coordination Officer
The Coordination Officer is primarily responsible for coordinating academic, extracurricular, and non-curricular activities. They ensure effective communication and coordination between the Academic Wing and the Officer Cadet Wing.
Admissions Officer
The Admissions Officer is mainly responsible for managing admissions to the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) and maintaining relationships with stakeholders involved in recruitment.
Liaison Officer
The Liaison Officer's mission is to promote the programs offered at RMC Saint-Jean and to inform and guide prospective applicants.
Registrar
The Registrar ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of academic records from admission to graduation. The Registrar also ensures that academic rules and procedures are followed and that the services provided to students and partners are of high quality.
Registrar Services
The Registrar Services manage academic records and support the student and faculty community through a wide range of services, including:
- Managing admissions, course registrations, class schedules, academic calendars, and class lists;
- Issuing official documents such as transcripts, proof of enrollment, and student ID cards;
- Processing various requests (program or language changes, grade reviews, prior learning assessments, admissions for independent or auditing students);
- Managing final exams and deferred evaluations;
- Producing official statistics and maintaining academic data;
- Booking classrooms and coordinating logistics related to academic activities;
- Providing support to users of academic portals (Omnivox and Moodle).
