Since August 2018, the Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean) has offered Naval Cadets (NCdt) and Officer Cadets (OCdt) admitted to the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) a university-level education recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Higher Education.
