Since August 2018, Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean) has offered naval cadets (NCdt) and officer cadets (OCdt) admitted to the Regular Officer Training Plan (ROTP) a university-level education recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Higher Education.
