A Word from the Commandant
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Royal Military College Saint-Jean (RMC Saint-Jean) website. RMC Saint-Jean is situated on the historic site of Fort Saint-Jean and is dedicated to excellence in the education and training programmes provided to officer cadets.
RMC Saint-Jean, a unit of the Canadian Defence Academy (CDA), includes the following Divisions:
- Officer Cadets Division;
- Academic Division; and
- Operations Support Division.
The mission of Royal Military College Saint-Jean is to integrate, evaluate and develop its officer cadets for successful careers as commissioned officers in the Canadian Armed Forces by means of its academic, leadership, sports and bilingualism programmes.
Located on a historic site, RMC Saint-Jean is renowned for the quality of its educational infrastructure and the professionalism of its staff. This exceptional team comprises military members working in partnership with public service and contractual employees, all of whom are supported by the Corporation du Fort Saint-Jean.
